There's nothing more important than brand loyalty

Too bad brand loyalty is BS.

We should stop thinking about brand loyalty as the tendency of some consumers to continue buying the same brand of goods rather than competing brands.

“I keep buying the one I know because I don't want to deal with trying something new.”

That's more like convenience than loyalty.

Maybe we should think of brand loyalty as an outcome from your internal branding, defined by the reputation you carry with your employees, collaborators, partners, stakeholders.

Think about it:

When your own team embodies the spirit of your company's brand and your best ambassadors are partners and collaborators

That's real brand loyalty
